How do I safely transport and use a portable LPG water heater?

There are many ways you can transport
your Country Comfort. The most protective way is in our Country
Comfort Storage and Accessory bag. Not only can you safely carry your
water heater system in the compartment there is also a top
compartment that will store your pump, hoses, and shower heads –
ample room for accessories. Another way is keeping it in its original
box as many of our customers have done.

Can a portable LPG water heater be used for indoor and outdooruse?

The Country Comfort is for outdoor use. This is what it is designed for.
This appliance must be protected from rain and frost. This can be done by covering the flu with a 90mm cowl. In cold (near freezing conditions) keep your appliance safe from frost damage by disconnecting the inlet water hose. Allow the hot water hose and shower rose to hang down. Loosen the screw in the water drain valve located at the bottom of the appliance, (near to the water inlet fitting). This can be done with a flathead screwdriver, allowing the appliance to drain.
Also, another protection is our Protective Cover. This will also deter little creepy crawlies that may want to make a home inside your unit.

What is the difference between a portable LPG water heater and an electric water heater?

The biggest difference is efficiency. Gas is cheaper than electricity. The Country Comfort gives you an endless supply of hot water without the cost. Hot water on demand!
